What if the face of Death was the reflection of the deceased...? and then I pondered the irony of such a judgment. What path would you put on yourself in the Afterlife? Up or down. I mean, I had to stop and really think about it. Do I trust me? What biases might I put upon myself in judgment. If I saw myself how I see others would it weigh in my favor?. If I was judged by myself would i be ok with that? That is KARMA right where it hurts. Be good to yourself. I need to put positivity into the world because it's good for both of us, right? This would mean that the better I become as a person, the more respect i give, the better I listen, the more I love, the better I am for it, in this life and the next. Good thing is for me, I am always working on it.
Death Dreams
Walking the halls of endless memories written as time in Death’s sand filled mind. Death dreams of an end to his duties, when there is no more sand to fall, the hourglass shattered and Death’s release. Between the turns of the hourglass, tirelessly Death takes the pain of all he crosses and shepherds them home. So during the turns of the hourglass, before the first sand falls, Death sleeps and dream
Under The Big Top
Made from a picture I had taken of the roof tower of the Oregon State Insane Asylum. This was where the movie One Flew Over A Cuckoo’s Nest was filmed. Looking at the center of the photo moving out, is the rotation of the roof tower. The center being the top of the tower. The eye of the insane or the view of the ceiling of the tent from center ring invites your attention because something crazy is about to happen

Death’s Hallway
This is a double exposure picture of a dark hallway in a large mausoleum in Salem Oregon. The lights are dim except for the hallways which branch off on both sides two stories high with polished rock walls and a large stained glass window at the end..
At the end of the center hallway a bright light comes beaming in from a spiral staircases to the second floor which lights the pathway.
The inevitable walk we all have to take but with faith we can be fearless.

Willamette National Cemetery - multiple exposure photography
Double exposure 360 flip on camera standing directly in front of the flag looking down to the presentation podium. The lines are the stadium seating. Empty, quite, peaceful resting place for brave men and woman. This is the stadium that resides in the center of this beautiful cemetery.

Entering the Grotto and make your want to the elevator that takes you up the cliff to the gardens. When you reach the garden a beautiful statue of Mary Magdalen standing in the middle of a rose garden. On this day it had been raining. This is one of the pictures from this series.
